Goal: I can name the phone things everyone asks about, number, charger, battery, wi-fi.
Every Bosnian household runs on one shared charger of unknown origin. Nobody bought it, everybody guards it, and 'Gdje je punjač?' is asked hourly, now you can ask it too.

Goal: I can handle the family group chat, send, reply, voice notes, photos.
The family group chat has laws: food photos get hearts, nana's voice messages run three minutes minimum, and 'Je l' stiglo?' must be answered immediately.

Video-poziv: The Video Call
Goal: I can run a video call with family, camera on, show things, wave.
The video-call tour is a fixed genre: the garden, the tomatoes, whoever is on the sofa, and finally the sky. You will be told to wave ('Mahni!') at least twice.

Kad tehnika zeza: When Tech Fails
Goal: I can survive a glitchy call: say what broke, wait it out, reconnect.
'Ugasi pa upali', turn it off and on again, fixes roughly eighty percent of technology in Bosnia, and one hundred percent of nana's.
